The current Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie was a hit with children to the point that turtle sales in Canada went up. The problem is that a permit is needed to import turtles. So now, there’s some illegal smuggling going on.

It’s very easy making comparisons to Marvel and DC as of late. Marvel has created a shared movie (and television) universe for their growing cast of superheroes. DC is attempting the same, but introducing characters right away. They’re in the beginning stages, so any thoughts at this point is speculation or assumptions.
J.J. Abrams Apologetic Over Lens Flare
J.J. Abrams is well-known for his overuse of lens flare in his films. In fact, in a way, it’s his signature. Seeing that lens flare is a dead giveaway that it’s an Abrams’ movie. And it’s usually made fun of, especially when Abrams was announced as director for the next Star Wars film.
Robber in Iron Man Mask Robs Bank
It was only a matter of time before another Avenger went villain. This time, someone wearing an Iron Man mask robbed a bank in Florida. Unfortunately he was on hard times and couldn’t afford (or build) repulsor beams, so the Iron Robber brandished a gun.

She-Hulk Assaults Person in York
In York — no, not New York for once — a 17-year-old girl was assaulted outside a fast food restaurant. The assailant was described as looking like the She-Hulk, in green body paint and red hair.
The unprovoked assault was provoked by an uncontrollable rage from who is assumed to be Bruce Banner’s cousin, Jennifer Walters. The police and S.H.I.E.L.D. are on the look out. Banner has went into hiding yet again.
Netflix Loses Close to 1,000 Movies; Gains 500 Others
Unfortunately for Netflix subscribers; and for the company too, a deal with Epix to stream their movies is expiring. Close to 1,000 films will move elsewhere for streaming.
