Marvel and ABC had their beloved Joss Whedon put together the television show, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., with the intent of it taking place within the same universe as the films being released in theaters. His brother and sister-in-law, Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancharoen, serves as showrunners. It of course stars Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson.
It’s been a while since Joss Whedon was abused by Fox with his show Dollhouse, and there’s horrible news — by which I mean great news: ABC has officially ordered an entire season for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
There might’ve been a few hiccups here and there for the show, but it’s ultimately enjoyable. An entire season gives the cast and crew the time to work out the kinks. If the last three episodes are any indication, they are well on their way.
Agents of Shield. What a great series. I enjoy Marvel movies. And finally a marvel series with such great actors and actresses that play each part very well. Only downfall is it is on the same time and day as “The Originals”. Bummer for me but good thing I have two TV’s.
