Zack Snyder’s anticipated Man of Steel is steadily gaining interest. The trailers released showed a Superman we haven’t seen on the big screen, or TV for the matter. Snyder’s visual flair suits the epic scope of Superman; the intensity is there, and the charm remains intact.
Character posters are now making their rounds online and in theaters to promote the movie. Russell Crowe portrays Superman’s biological father, Jor-El, and the character poster was unveiled. Jor-El has the S-shield (that stands for hope) on his chest, and he brandishes a Kryptonian rifle of some sort.
I’m hoping Clark Kent’s other father, Jonathan Kent (Kevin Costner) gets a character poster too, holding an even bigger Kryptonian rifle. Why not?
Man of Steel brings Superman back on the big screen June 14.
