cultThe CW’s Cult was a quirky, meta show that starred The Vampire Diaries‘ Matt Davis. The show-within-a-show had a creepy factor but at the same time was self-aware and didn’t take itself too seriously. Overall, it was fun.

Unfortunately, Cult never really found an audience. Even more unfortunate was the CW cancelling the show and not airing the final six episodes. The few fans it had, didn’t get to see a proper ending. And after some months, it seemed like they never would.

Fortunately, the CW will finally air the final six episodes. Cult will return June 28 at 8 PM, airing two episodes each Friday.

I was a fan of Cult, so I’m glad the show will get proper closure after all. Now to have the patience to wait a little over a month.
