Director Bryan Singer keeps fans in the loop with what’s happening on the set for X-Men: Days of Future Past by tweeting pictures. This time we get to see Hugh Jackman on set as Logan, alongside Nicholas Hoult, who reprises his role as Hank McCoy (Beast). Singer captioned the photo “Welcome to 1973.”
I’m curious about Beast not looking like the blue, furry . . . beast that he became in X-Men: First Class. We know his animal-like appearance was redesigned more like Singer’s version of the character, but it looks like McCoy will return to normal before reverting again?
Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine is practically timeless, which works perfectly with his slow-aging-immortal-like powers of healing. And by timeless, I mean his style, which hasn’t changed much in all the X-Men films. And by timeless, I also mean Jackman would portray Logan forever if he could.
X-Men: Days of Future Past hits theaters July 17, 2014.
