The viral marketing for Rian Johnson’s Looper, starring everyone’s favorite, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, is underway with its latest poster featuring Gordon-Levitt and co-star Bruce Willis.

The premise deals with “loopers”, assassins who kill victims that mobsters send back in time. It’s an easy way to cover up the crime. But of course things never go smoothly, and for Gordon-Levitt’s Joe, his future self (played by Willis) is sent back.

I’m stoked for the movie, especially after seeing Rian Johnson’s Brick, which also stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Johnson is a more than competent director, and it’ll be interesting to see how he does with a different genre.
