For those who don’t know yet, the official trailer for Total Recall is out. A lot of the footage in it was shown at Comic-Con, although this time all the effects are finished.

I’m glad the feel of the movie deviates from the original. Plus, after all, it takes most of its inspiration from the novel, We Can Remember It for You Wholesale.

Plus Colin Farrell seems to love Philip K. Dick’s stories, as evident by his performance in Minority Report. So he’s sure to immerse himself in this story as well.

The film stars Colin Farrell, Bryan Cranston, Kate Beckinsale, Jessica Biel and John Cho.
